10,000 copies are published every six months, a Summer and Winter issue. DEADLINE INFORMATION: The WINTER/SPRING issue hits the stands in January. Ads can be placed anytime until the end of October. During December, the directory is being printed and no ads can be changed or placed. The SUMMER/FALL issue is out in June. Ads can be placed anytime until the end of April. The directory spends May at the printer. No ads can be changed or placed at that time. Listings are $75 (free with ad purchase) and contain approximately 40 words. Listings for non-profit clubs and support groups are FREE. Ads are a grayscale (black and white) format. We can accept files from Mac or PC using: Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, Freehand or QuarkXpress. Formats accepted are: EPS, PDF, PSD, TIFF or JPEG at resolutions of at least 250 - 300 dpi. Please include placed art and convert type to outlines. Have no art? We will design your ad FREE. Just give us the information! Our FAX number is (757) 431-1547.
